The Property Lawyer is the quarterly magazine of the New Zealand Law Society’s Property Law Section.  Each issue contains regular features, guest articles, case notes and opinion pieces which are targeted and technical in content, designed to discuss legal or regulatory changes and give practical advice.  It is the only publication of its kind in Aotearoa New Zealand, targeted specifically at the practice of property law.
